How to Use Dosimeter Tubes – TWA

Activate Tube

  • Snap off the scored end of the dosimeter tube and place it into the tube holder.

Deploy for Monitoring

  • Clip the tube holder to the worker’s breathing zone or area of interest. The tube samples passively over time.

Read & Calculate

  • Read where the color change stops on the tube scale (ppm·hours). Divide by the exposure time (hours) to convert to ppm TWA concentration.
